Valeo Friction Materials India was set up in 1997 to manufacture new range of environmental friendly Clutch facings (G5 Range) – using water- based process, free from asbestos, lead, organic solvents, aramid fibre & ceramic fiber – in compliance with July 2003 European Regulation. The organisation is the 100% Environmental Friendly Facings. The organisation is a leader in Dry Friction and uses G-5 – Clean Technology for clutch facings. Valeo Clutch Facings improve driving comfort while offering a longer lifetime. By adopting fibre – glass based technology and eliminating asbestos, lead, organic solvent, aramid fibre and ceramic fibre in compliance with current European legislation, Valeo Clutch Facings are environmental friendly from production to the end of the life time.
